Subscription Agreement
Registration for Subscriptions. You must be 18 years of age or older to subscribe to any of our services. When you register to subscribe, you agree to (a) provide accurate information about yourself as prompted by the appropriate registration form, and (b) to maintain and update your information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You agree not to transfer or resell your use of or access to any information from DTITrader.com to any third party. If you are a DTITrader.com subscriber, and you have reason to believe that your online account is no longer secure, you must promptly change your password by updating your account information and/or immediately notify us by emailing us at: support@dtitrader.com.
Some of our subscription services involve email or instant messenger as delivery methods. We assume no responsibility or liability for undelivered or late emails, whatever the reason may be. If you have problems getting your products delivered, contact our Customer Service department at support@dtitrader.com. We will make every effort to assist you in potential solutions that may fix delivery issues.
Payment and Renewal.
Current subscriptions are available on DTITrader.com's Products online page. Payment for your subscription is due in advance of the subscription period you select. DTITrader.com automatically renews subscriptions. The appropriate annual, quarterly, monthly, or similar periodic fee for your subscription will be billed at the beginning of your subscription period to the credit card you designate unless you notify DTITrader.com in writing that you do not agree to the Terms of this Agreement within 72 hours from the time of your receipt of this Agreement.
Cancellation Policy.
Effective 09/07/07: You may cancel your subscription by notifying our Customer Service Department IN WRITING. Cancellations can be emailed to support@dtitrader.com, or mailed to: DTI Partners, Inc., 1555 University Blvd. South, Mobile, AL, 36609. Cancellation will take effect no later than 3 business days after we receive your notification. Monthly subscriptions will not be reimbursed or refunded. If services longer than one month in duration are purchased for the full list price then a pro-rata refund will be offered, based on the number of full months not used. Any pro-rata checks (for full list price payments only) will be mailed out within 4 weeks from the date of written cancellation. If a subscription longer than 1 month is purchased for less than the full list price, no refund will be offered. The remaining service time can be transferred to another service of equal or lesser value. If you have questions about how much time you have remaining in your subscription, email us at support@dtitrader.com. Educational items, including but not limited to: books, CD ROM's, DVD's, and videos are not refundable.
