Refund Policy

Written Materials

For written materials, DVD’s or any other information mailed to Client, once delivery of the materials is accepted, there will be no refund by DTI of the deposit held by DTI.

Software or Downloads

For any software purchase and/or downloaded by Client, there will be no refund after such materials have been downloaded as you agree that the software contains proprietary methodology and information.  Our servers track each user’s login to verify whether you have used the software.

Daily Live Classroom

Upon payment for DTI’s proprietary LIVE audio market commentary “The Daily Live Classroom (“TradeRoom”) subscription, there will be no refund after such materials have been accessed as you agree that the TradeRoom contains proprietary methodology and information.

Your access of and to DTI’s products and services is an acknowledgement that course and software payments are refundable, if at all, only as outlined above.  Any balance owed is due and chargeable one month (30 days) prior to your scheduled class date.  If you cancel your original appointment, you may attend the course at a later date subject to space availability; however, rescheduling within six weeks of the schedule appointment may require an additional chare of no more than $500.00 for said rescheduling.

All Clients further agree that using any proprietary information or technology provided by DTI in an immoral or unethical manner is not authorized by DTI or any of its employees.  Clients may not transfer, reproduce, backwards or reverse engineer, copy, sell or trade any information or software without prior WRITTEN approval of DTI. Clients understand that if done without permission there will be not legal or financial remedy adequate enough to compensate for this breach of trust, and that DTI will use any and all legal methods to protect its intellectual property and rights thereto.
