Upon successful payment of deposit we will send you the following depending on the product and/or service you have purchased: :

THE HOME STUDY:
We will send you the Course Materials which include DTI’s Proprietary Trading Techniques and once you receive these materials, the deposit is no longer refundable due to the proprietary material’s content being of such a sensitive nature.

INTRODUCTION AND ADVANCED COURSES (On-site and Online):
We will send you the Course Materials which include DTI’s Proprietary Trading Techniques and once you receive these materials, the deposit is no longer refundable due to the proprietary material’s content being of such a sensitive nature. Advanced courses are held on-site and require a minimum 30 day notice if the client is unable to make the scheduled date. These courses are typically sold out. Based on the demand for seating it is imperative that a client contact DTI with any change in date that is needed.

THE ROADMAP SOFTWARE:
Upon successful payment for DTI’s proprietary trading software “The RoadMap to the Market” you agree that the nature of the software itself contains proprietary methodology and information, and as such all payments are non-refundable once you have used the software. Our servers track each user's log in to verify whether you have used the software or not.

DAILY LIVE CLASSROOM (TradeRoom):
Upon successful payment for DTI’s proprietary LIVE audio market commentary “The Daily Live Classroom (TradeRoom)” subscription, you agree that refunds will be pro-rated as of the day you request to cancel your subscription. If you paid for an annual or quarterly subscription, refunds will be pro-rated for the remaining time left on your subscription from the time your request your subscription cancellation.

STOCKBOX SOFTWARE:
Upon successful payment for DTI’s proprietary trading software "StockBox” you agree that the nature of the software itself contains proprietary methodology and information. The StockBox comes without a money back guarantee. The user agrees to pay the software cost up front. Our servers track each user's log in to protect DTI from copyright infringement.

Your access of DTI's products and services is an acknowledgement that course and software payments are refundable only as outlined above. Any balance owed is due and chargeable one month (30 days) prior to your scheduled class date. If you cancel your original appointment, you may attend the course at a later date subject to space availability; however, rescheduling within six weeks of the scheduled appointment may require an additional charge of no more than $500.00 for rescheduling.

All users further agree that using any proprietary information or technology provided by DTI in an immoral or unethical manner is not authorized by DTI or any of its employees. Clients may not transfer, reproduce, backwards engineer, copy, sell, or trade any information or software without prior WRITTEN approval of DTI Partners, Inc. Clients understand that if done without permission there will be no legal or financial remedy adequate enough to compensate for this breach of trust, and that DTI will use any and all legal methods to protect its intellectual property.
