Third Party Services
Third parties provide certain services available on www.dtitrader.com on DTI ‘s behalf. DTI may provide information, including Personal Information, that DTI collects on the Web to third-party service providers to help us deliver programs, products, information, and services. Service providers are also an important means by which DTI maintains its Web site and mailing lists. DTI will take reasonable steps to ensure that these third-party service providers are obligated to protect Personal Information on DTI’s behalf.
DTI does not intend to transfer Personal Information without your consent to third parties who are not bound to act on DTI’s behalf unless such transfer is legally required. Similarly, it is against DTI’s policy to sell Personal Information collected online without consent.
www.dtitrader.com is not structured to attract children. Accordingly, we do not intend to collect Personal Information from anyone we know to be under 13 years of age.
We are committed to privacy and are actively involved in and support current industry initiatives to preserve individual privacy rights on the Internet. Protecting your privacy online is an evolving area, and DTI’s Web sites are constantly evolving to meet these demands.
Refund Policy in General
For all books, other written materials, CD’s, DVD’s, packages, courses, classes, workshops, software, downloads, trade rooms, and any other products or services purchased from DTI by you the customer (hereafter the “Client”) via this website, a landing page or other site, telephone, or otherwise, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and there will be no refunds by DTI unless otherwise specified below.
Software or Downloads
For any software or downloads puchased by Client, there will be no refund after such materials have been downloaded as you agree that the software and downloads contain proprietary methodology and information. We track each user’s login to verify whether you have used the software.
Upon payment for any Trade Room subscription, including but not limited to the 24-Hour Educational Trade Room, After Hours, Weekly Options, and TWT, there will be no refund after the password for same has been issued by DTI to Client as you the Client agree that the Trade Rooms contain proprietary methodology and information.
Any balance owed is due and chargeable one month (30 days) prior to your scheduled class date. If you cancel your original appointment, you may attend the course at a later date subject to space availability; however, rescheduling within six weeks of the scheduled appointment may require an additional charge of no more than $500.00 for said rescheduling.
Use of Site
All Clients further agree that using any proprietary information or technology provided by DTI in an immoral or unethical manner is not authorized by DTI or any of its employees. Clients may not transfer, reproduce, backwards or reverse engineer, copy, sell or trade any information or software without prior WRITTEN approval of DTI. Clients understand that if done without permission there will be not legal or financial remedy adequate enough to compensate for this breach of trust, and that DTI will use any and all legal methods to protect its intellectual property and rights thereto.
Unless otherwise specified, the DTI Web Sites are for your personal and noncommercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from the DTI Trader Web Sites.
You may display and, subject to any expressly stated restrictions or limitations relating to specific material, electronically copy, download and print hard copy portions of the material from the different areas of the Site solely for your own noncommercial use, or to place an order with DTI or to purchase DTI products. Any other use of materials on this Site, including but not limited to the modification, reproduction, distribution, republication, display or transmission of the content of this Site, without prior written permission of DTI Trader is strictly prohibited.
Harassment in any manner or form on the Site or any of the DTI Websites, including via e-mail and chat or by obscene or abusive language is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a DTI employee, host, or representative or other members or visitors on the Site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the Site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable, or which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the Site or use the Site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization.
User Chat Rooms
DTI maintains procedures to monitor and review any areas on the Site where users transmit or post Communications or communicate solely with each other, including but not limited to chat rooms, bulletin boards or other user forums, and the content of any such Communications. While DTI will endeavor to remove or correct any misleading Communications, DTI will have no liability related to the content of any such Communications, whether or not arising under the laws of copyright, trademarks, libel, privacy, obscenity, or otherwise.
DTI does not and cannot review all communications and materials posted to or created by users accessing the Site and is not in any manner responsible for the content of these communications and materials. You acknowledge that by providing you with the ability to view and distribute user generated content on the Site, DTI is merely acting as a passive conduit for such distribution and is not undertaking any obligation or liability relating to any contents or activities on the Site. However, DTI reserves the right to block or remove communications or materials that it determines to be (a) abusive, defamatory, or obscene, (b) fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading, (c) in violation of a copyright, trademark or; other intellectual property right of another or (d) violates any law or regulation or (e) offensive or otherwise unacceptable to DTI at its sole discretion. Note that any personally identifiable information you may post or transmit will be treated by DTI Trader in a ccordance with DTI Trader Privacy Statement above.
Except for any personally identifiable information we may collect from you under the guidelines established in our Privacy Statement above, any material, information or other communication you transmit, upload or post to this Site (“Communications”) will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. DTI will have no obligations with respect to the Communications. DTI and its designees will be free to copy, disclose, distribute, incorporate and otherwise use the Communications and all data, images, sounds, text, and other things embodied therein for any and all commercial or noncommercial purposes.
